We are a voluntary self help group which organises hydrotherapy classes and pilates classes run by fully trained physios on a weekly basis.
We also offer advice and support for people with back pain and joint problems and provide opportunites to share with one another at social events.
We keep in touch with members with a newsletter, "Backlog".
